Equine Centered Counseling with

Equine Centered Counseling is an exciting new synergy of Equine Assisted Psychotherapy; a form of counseling that uses the horse as a partner and mirror for mental and emotional health, and Centered Riding; a set of principals developed for equestrians which encourages body awareness and relaxation. The client need not have any prior horse experience, as Equine Centered Counseling can be shaped for each individual. Presented in a series of sessions, Equine Centered Counseling encourages the progression of mental, emotional and physical well being through use of the tools and techniques of both Equine Assisted Psychotherapy and Centered Riding modalities. Each session is led by both a Licensed, Professional Psychotherapist and a Centered Riding Instructor.
